Manicots develops, manufactures and markets high technology permanent antistatic nitrile finger cots. We produce a range of nitrile finger cots used by the following industries: electronics, LCD, optoelectronics, mechantronics, medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology.

We also custom-make nitrile and neoprene latex medical and industrial dipped products.

Our nitrile finger cots are produced by our purpose built finger cot machines which are designed, constructed and commissioned using our in-house technology. General Features and Benefits of Our Nitrile Finger Cots

• Nitrile is the ideal material for making finger cot as the nitrile finger cots relax and conform to the contour of the fingers after donning. There is relatively little pressure remains on the fingers after a few minutes. Natural rubber latex finger cots continue to apply the same pressure on the fingers due to the elastic property of natural rubber.
• Permanent and excellent ESD properties.
• No latex protein – make of 100% pure synthetic carboxylated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer latex.
• No chlorine – chlorine is a very corrosive chemical that will corrode almost all metals it comes in contact with.
• No sulfur - sulfur corrosion can compromise the integrity of metals such gold, silver and copper.
• No copper staining chemicals.
• Comply with RoHS directive.
• No chemical that is reactive to gold, silver and copper.
• No plasticizers, phthalate esters, silicone oil and amide.
• Special washing processes ensure low ionic, non-volatile residue and particles levels.
• Finger cots do not smear, imprint or rub off i.e. do not contaminate contacted parts.
• Excellent antislip surfaces for better gripping.
• Cut type finger cots without rings ensure that there is no finger fatigue and loss of efficiency after long hours of donning
• Good alternate to black latex finger cots
